Sorry about that , I didnt know that maybe its a new regulation from UK,
any way at this moment we just can try to move the flight reservations,
please let me know as soon as you have the transit visa to try to change
the flight reservation

UK cha kiti maaz aahe aarey! I have a friend here who also faced a similar problem with France as well ... and that was also sad ... he finally had to pay a lot of extra money and get the flight changed!

Well it sucks in two senses:
1) I wasnt even entering UK.
2) The Direct Airside Transit Visa for Heathrow, which I needed to be in London for abt three hours cost me double of what I needed for a 3 month Chilean Visa.

In anycase, I didnt have to pay for getting my flight shifted. ESO did that for me. They're very nice people. :D
